At Grey Bruce Doula & Home Services, our mission is to provide compassionate, practical, and evidence-informed support that helps families thrive through every stage of parenthood and family life.
From pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding to the realities of caring for a growing family, we believe no one should have to navigate life's biggest transitions alone. Whether we're supporting you during labour, helping you establish feeding, caring for you in the postpartum period, preparing your home, lending a helping hand with daily tasks, or creating a clean, peaceful space for your family to enjoy, our goal is always the same—to lighten your load so you can focus on what matters most.
Every family deserves to feel supported, respected, and empowered. We are committed to meeting you where you are with personalized care, practical assistance, and genuine compassion, because support doesn't end after birth—it evolves alongside your family's needs.

Compassionate Care
We approach every family with kindness, empathy, and respect, creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and cared for.
Empowerment & Education
We believe informed families feel confident families. Through evidence-informed guidance, practical support, and encouragement, we empower you to make decisions that align with your values and goals.
Reliable, Personalized Support
No two families are the same. We provide flexible, individualized support that adapts to your unique needs—whether that means birth support, feeding guidance, household help, or simply an extra set of hands during life's busiest seasons.
Respect, Inclusivity & Accessibility
Every family deserves compassionate support without judgment. We celebrate diverse families, honour individual choices, and strive to make quality care and practical support accessible to our community.

I'm a DONA-trained Birth & Postpartum Doula, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and the founder of Grey Bruce Doula & Home Services. I'm passionate about providing compassionate, personalized support that helps families feel confident, cared for, and never alone through every stage of parenthood and family life.
My husband and I are the proud parents of two wonderful daughters, and becoming a mother has been the most rewarding—and at times most challenging—journey of my life. Those experiences shaped not only who I am as a parent but also the way I care for the families I support.
After the birth of my first daughter, I found myself naturally drawn to supporting new parents—offering encouragement, answering questions, sharing resources, and simply being someone they could lean on. That passion inspired me to become a doula and continues to fuel my ongoing education as I work toward becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Today, Grey Bruce Doula & Home Services reflects the kind of support I wish every family had access to. While birth, postpartum, and infant feeding remain at the heart of my work, I also know that support doesn't end once a baby arrives. Sometimes what a family needs most is help folding laundry, preparing meals, tidying the house, running errands, or simply having an extra set of hands during a busy season of life.
Whether I'm supporting you through labour, helping you navigate breastfeeding, preparing your home for a new baby, assisting with everyday household tasks, or providing practical family support long after the postpartum period, my goal is always the same: to lighten your load, empower your decisions, and help your family thrive.
I believe every family deserves compassionate, evidence-informed, and judgment-free care. It is a privilege to walk alongside you, meet you where you are, and provide support that grows and evolves with your family's changing needs.
